What we send you
Every lead comes from a business owner who completed our multi-step quote form on a page about payroll pricing. Each record includes:
- Headcount (employees + contractors), pay frequency, primary state, multi-state flag
- Current provider (or none), services wanted (benefits, 401(k), time, HR, workers' comp, PEO), industry, purchase timeline
- Business name, contact name, email, phone
- Express TCPA consent language shown to the user, consent timestamp, landing page, referrer and UTM source
How we route
Leads are matched to at most four providers by fit (headcount, state, needs). You can set rules: minimum headcount, excluded states, excluded industries, exclusive vs. shared, and daily caps. Duplicate suppression against your existing pipeline is available by domain and phone hash.
