Privacy policy
Effective November 2026.
What we collect
When you request quotes we collect your business name, your name, email, phone, state, headcount, pay frequency, current provider, services of interest, industry and timeline, plus technical data (IP address, referring page, UTM parameters, consent timestamp). When you browse, our hosting provider and any analytics tool we use collect standard server logs and aggregate usage data.
How we use it
We send your quote request to up to four payroll providers matched to your needs so they can contact you with quotes. We store the consent you gave, including the exact text and time, to document that you asked to be contacted. We may email you about your request and about payroll topics; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
The matched payroll providers (which may include ADP, Paychex, Gusto, OnPay, Intuit QuickBooks and Rippling), the affiliate or partner platforms they use to track referrals (such as PartnerStack, Impact or CJ Affiliate), and our service vendors (hosting, form processing, email). We do not sell your information to data brokers and we do not share it with anyone outside this list.
Your choices, including "Do Not Sell or Share"
Email hello@getpayrollquote.com to access, correct or delete your information, or to withdraw consent to be contacted. Providers you have already been matched with have their own privacy policies and opt-out methods. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts from that sender.
The only time we share your personal information with providers is when you submit the quote form asking us to. If you do not want it shared, do not submit the form, or email us at any time to have your request withdrawn and your information deleted. We will not share it with anyone new after that.
California, Virginia, Colorado and other state rights
Residents of states with consumer privacy laws may have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Sending your quote request to providers may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under some laws; this happens only at your direction, when you submit the form, and you can opt out as described above. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we record it with your request so our records show it was received; because the form is an express request to share your information with the providers you asked to hear from, submitting it is treated as your direction to do so. We do not share your information for any other purpose.
